Every season Toyo (of Sugarcane, Buzz Rickson's et al) has a, by appointment only, so called "exhibition" to showcase the next seasons collections. As a visitor you receive a freebie/souvenir, which generally is a bandana themed after one of their lines.

The tradition of souvenir bandana's goes back to end of the 18th century.
Back then they were known as "little banners", and were an easy and cheap way to promote a fair, exhibition, brand and even a presidential candidate.

June's F/W 09's souvenir bandana was this MFSC one and features a hand draw design by Christophe himself.
I really like how the hand drawing has not been touched up in anyway, it gives the graphic a nice personal touch not often seen on bandana's anymore.
One might remember these drawing of the 7161md and P-coat, first seen printed on deadstock tees for the F/W08 collection.

I'm particularly fond of how soft and "vintage-like" Toyo's bandana's always feel, but more on that and my collection of bandana's at a later time.
